He has extensive experience on Green and Affordable Housing and Community Development including managing and teaching large HUD affordable housing programs nationally across the USA and internationally. Applying multi-cultural and affordable housing best practices for USA families, David Hoicka has worked on programs of all sizes, developing and managing affordable housing and community development programs ranging from smaller developments to thousands of families. David Hoicka works to build positive agency image with enhanced Media relations.
